Digital Downloads
Due to the instant, non-returnable nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final. If a file is corrupted, missing, or not as described, contact us at thehiddenfairytale@gmail.com within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
POD Merchandise
Because merch is made to order, we generally do not accept returns for size/preference changes. We will replace or refund an item if:
- It arrives damaged or defective
- It was misprinted or is materially different from what was ordered
- It was lost in transit
To report an issue, email thehiddenfairytale@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item (if damaged/misprinted) within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
